Mumbai, Mar 9 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has lashed out at Bengali daily Ei Samay over an alleged misreporting on her personal life.

Anushka took to Twitter to say that she had never spoken about her personal life in an interview with the daily.

Her tweet reads, "It is SHOCKING to see a completely fabricated interview of mine in a reputed publication like @Ei_Samay. This is to clarify that I have NEVER done an interview on my personal life with them or with anyone else. Just shows how carelessly your personal freedom is looked at by them."

The daily has reported that Anushka spoke about her marriage with Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli and also the couple's honeymoon.

Anushka and Virat, who were dating for years after shooting a TV commercial, got married in December last year at Tuscany, Italy away from media glares.

Though she accompanied her husband Virat on the latter's cricket tour to South Africa, the actress never spoke about her marriage publicly.

Post marriage, the two Indian icons threw parties in New Delhi and Mumbai.

Anushka's recent film Pari has hit the theatre houses on Mar 2. Anushka has herself produced the film.
