New Delhi, Dec 14 (IBNS) Actress Deepika Padukone was star- struck after meeting Tennis legend Rafael Nadal and thanked the Spanish tennis legend for giving her “ memories” to cherish for a lifetime.

The Tamasha actress is in the national capital New Delhi to promote her forthcoming film.

Deepika, made the most of her visit by going ahead and meeting the tennis superstar, who was here for his International Premier Tennis League ( IPTL) match.

Deepika, who herself has a strong sports background took to social media to share the moment with her fans and followers.

The “ Piku” star thanked Nadal on Twitter, and on Facebook, she shared a moment from their meeting.

“ Thank you Rafa for some wonderful memories... @ RafaelNadal,” Deepika tweeted along with a photograph which showed the two striking a happy pose.

The Diva looked stunning in her stripped pants and classic black blazer, while Nadal carried a casual look in the picture posted by Deepika.

Nadal, was also smitten by the “ incredible” Bollywood star.

He tweeted: “ Con la increíble @ DeepikaPadukone en # Delhi :) With the incredible Deepika Padukone in # Delhi! # Bollywood”.

Deepika has been receiving rave reviews for her last release- 'Tamasha' and her fans are eagerly waiting for her her next release.
