Mumbai, Sept 15 (IBNS): On the sets of a Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Reloaded, Shahid Kapoor got a contestant to teach him how to do the moonwalk.
Shahid Kapoor is currently judging a reality TV show, and has also been a dance lover ever since he was a child.

The actor is known to enjoy the activity thoroughly and is keen to upgrade his skills by learning new steps on the sets of the show.

Shahid has been a professional dancer himself as he was part of choreographer Shiamak Davar’s dance troupe before he made his Bollywood debut.

He loves indulging in the subject and is seen enjoying himself on the show as dance is very close to his heart.

Recently, Shahid was spotted practising one of the most popular dance steps of all time, the moonwalk, on the sets of the show.

An insider reveals,“Shahid actually asked one of the contestants to teach him this iconic step. Every time there was a break, he would get busy perfecting his moves under the guidance of the contestant, Faisal. He learnt the step very quickly and ever since, he has been practising it frequently.”

The insider added that it was actually quite entertaining to watch Shahid learn the step from the contestant.

“He keeps having fun with the team. He always entertains the crew and the audience present in between shots and breaks. He’s very lively and upbeat while shooting, and is always mingling with the contestants and the production unit. He enjoys dancing, and is in a happy space when he sees a good performance. Whenever he sees something new, he tries to learn it too,” adds the insider.
