Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor celebrating Christmas with his wife Alia Bhatt was seen in a video which went viral on social media.

In the video, some liquor (presumably wine) was seen being poured on the Christmas cake, which Ranbir sets on flame.

In a celebratory mood, Ranbir chanted "Jai Mata Di" which offended a man from Mumbai.

One Sanjay Tiwari filed the complaint at Ghatkopar Police Station and claimed the actor "is seen pouring liquor on cake and setting it on fire while saying Jai Mata Di."

"In Hinduism, fire god is invoked before invoking other deities, but Ranbir Kapoor and his family members deliberately used intoxicants while celebrating the festival of another religion and chanted Jai Mata Di," the complaint added as quoted by NDTV.

Meanwhile, Ranbir and Alia introduced their daughter Raha to the media on Christmas.

The Bollywood power couple took Raha, clicked some pictures and shared light moments as they headed for Christmas celebrations.

Ranbir and Alia, who dated for years, got married at an intimate ceremony in Mumbai in 2022. They turned parents in November the same year.

Meanwhile, the couple with Raha are presently on a vacation for New Year as they were spotted at a private airport in Mumbai on the day following Christmas.
