Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone, who will be one of the presenters at the 95th Academy Awards, left for Los Angeles on Friday evening.

For a long-haul flight, Deepika opted for a comfy style marked by a blazer, turtleneck and baggy jeans.

She topped it all by sporting a pair of spectacles. Her carry-on luggage comprised a Louis Vuitton bag, which is quite evident given that she's an ambassador for the design house and will likely wear its creation at the Oscars.

Husband Ranveer Singh accompanied her to the Mumbai airport where the couple was papped.

The 95th Academy Awards will be held on March 12 (the morning of March 13 in India) at Los Angeles' Dolly Theatre.

Deepika will share the stage as a presenter alongside Riz Ahmed, Emily Blunt, Glenn Close, Troy Kotsur, Dwayne Johnson, Jennifer Connelly, Samuel L. Jackson, Melissa McCarthy, Zoe Saldana Donnie Yen, Jonathan Majors and Questlove.

Oscars this year is already special for Indians with one song and two documentaries getting nominations in different categories.

'Naatu Naatu' from SS Rajamouli's RRR has been nominated at this year's Oscars in the Best Original Song category.

Meanwhile, All That Breathes will compete for Best Documentary Feature Film, while The Elephant Whisperers is among the nominees for Best Documentary Short Film.

Moreover, the RRR song Naatu Naatu will also be performed live on stage at the 95th Academy Awards.

Singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava, in their Oscar debut, will be performing the track on stage, the Academy announced on Tuesday night.
