Sonu Sood's work-out inspires budding actor Rizwan Sikander

Mumbai, Apr 28 (IBNS) A new gym trend has hit the health freaks called 'The Human Flag Act'.

Recently, Sonu Sood made a lot of buzz performing the act at his gym post a leg surgery over which the entire Bollywood went Gaga over.

Now, Shama Sikander`s brother Rizwan Sikander who shares the gym with Sonu also pulled off the amazing act!

According to the sources, Rizwan and Sonu go a long way.

It all started when Shama Sikander who worked with Sonu in the Bhagat Singh biopic Shaheed-E-Azam, introduced her brother to him.

Ever since, both have been going strong and also shared the same gym.

The duo worked as a team and would often discuss their routines and diets.

They would hand out tips to each other, motivating themselves to push to their limits.

Recently, Sonu Sood made a lot of buzz performing the HUMAN FLAG act at his gym post a leg surgery over which the entire Bollywood went gaga over.

After which, Rizwan was completely blown away.

He asked Sonu for some vital tips to get it right. A few days of dedicated hard work and voila! The young lad pulled it off! 
Latest hunk on the Television block, Rizwan Sikander has been an underdog trendsetter when it comes to inculcating and creating new gymnasium techniques.

The multi-talented actor is being seen in the latest edition of MTV’s Roadies in its 12th season where he has created a huge fan base for his rugged and sexy looks among the females while the men look up to him for his fitness mantra.
