Rishi Kapoor shares old image of his son Ranbir Kapoor with Kobe Bryant

Mumbai/IBNS: Actor Rishi Kapoor on Monday shared an interesting image of his son Ranbir Kapoor with basketball legend Kobe Bean Bryant who died on Sunday.

Shocking his fans, Kobe died in a helicopter crash.

In the picture, Ranbir could be seen standing beside Kobe to click and image.

Sharing the image, Rishi tweeted: "Checked with Ranbir.Being an ardent fan of the game and Kobe himself, he was specially taken to watch a game Lakers v/s New York Nicks at the Madison Sq. Gardens,NY. After the game he gave his shoes and autographed it to Ranbir. This is during 'Anjana Anjani'shoot in NY."

The Sikorsky S-76B helicopter was transporting the Bryants and other people on board to a basketball game.

On board the ill-fated helicopter was Orange Coast College (OCC) baseball coach John Altobelli, 56, as well as his wife Keri Altobelli and daughter Alyssa Altobelli, Altobelli’s brother Tony Altobelli told CNN on Sunday.
