Pune, Nov 27 (UNI) The coming Salman Khan-starrer movie Dabangg 3 has landed up in controversy for showcasing sequences, which according to the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, has hurt the religious sentiments.

The Samiti has submitted a representation to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), in which it has demanded that the scenes hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus should be deleted and until then, no certification should be given to the film.

Talking to UNI, State Organiser of Samiti (Maharashtra and Jharkhand) Sunil Ghanwat said, "The trailer of the film Dabangg 3, produced by 'Salman Khan Films,' has been aired recently. In the song 'Hud-Hud-Dabang-Dabang', Hindu sages as well as Bhagwan Shiv, Shri Ram and Shri Krishna have been denigrated.

"Sadhus have been shown dancing with Salman Khan in a hideous and objectionable manner. As a result, the religious sentiments of all Hindus have been hurt," he asserted.

''The characters in the form of Bhagwan Shiv, Shri Ram and Shri Krishna are shown blessing Salman Khan. In this way, the scenes showing dance of sages and depiction of deities as human beings are of insulting nature for Hindu sages and Deities," he added.
