Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor create special video for fans as Ram Lakhan completes 30 years

Mumbai, Jan 27 (IBNS): It has been 30 years since Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor's popular movie Ram Lakhan hit the silver screen on this date and on Sunday the two actors created a special video to mark the special moment together for their fans.

Madhuri Dixit shared a video on Twitter where she could be seen dancing with Anil Kapoor on some of the popular tracks of the film which include 'My Name Is Lakhan'.

Madhuri shared the video on the social media with the message that read: "Today marks #30YearsOfRamLakhan and dancing on this song brings back so many beautiful memories. It was fabulous working with the team of #RamLakhan."

Anil wrote: "It's serendipitous that we should be working together on the anniversary of #RamLakhan! Can't think of a better way or a better person to celebrate this milestone with! #30YearsOfRamLakhan."

In a separate tweet, Anil appreciated his decision of working in the movie which helped him in his career.

"#30yearsofRamLakhan & it's been one of my greatest joys to watch Lakhan continue to bring a smile to people's faces, & and a dance in their steps...I'm not one to look back & ponder, but as I move forward to new avenues, I'm grateful for the choices that got me here...#LakhanFTW," he tweeted.

Ram Lakhan:

Released in 1989, Ram Lakhan was directed by Subhash Ghai and had an ensemble cast, including Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Madhuri Dixit, Dimple Kapadia, Raakhee and Anupam Kher. The movie was a hit and the songs are still popular among fans.
