Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's parents Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur welcome baby boy

Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's parents Balkaur Singh and his wife Charan Kaur have welcomed a son.

Balkaur confirmed the development on Instagram and shared a glimpse of the baby on the social media platform.

In a video shared by Balkaur, he could be seen holding the baby in his hand while the hospital staff surrounded him.

He also shared a photo with the infant where an image of Sidhu Moosewala could be seen in the background.

A cake was also seen kept near the newborn and his father.

It was learnt that for this Moosewala’s mother Charan Kaur adopted In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) technique, reported The Tribune.

What happened to Sidhu Moosewala?

Moosewala was ambushed and shot down at Jawarharke village in Mansa on May 29 last year.

The 28-year-old rapper was driving a Mahindra Thar when his assailants showered bullets at his SUV, inflicting multiple bullet injuries.

Moosewala had unsuccessfully contested the 2022 Punjab elections on Congress' ticket.
