Around 19 lakh devotees offer prayers to Lord Ram in six days since grand consecration ceremony in Ayodhya

Over 18.75 lakh pilgrims have offered prayers to Ram Lalla since the consecration ceremony in the grand temple in Ayodhya within a span of just six days as the spiritual fervour continues to surge drawing a colossal congregation of devotees seeking darshan.

Under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a committee has been formed to meticulously orchestrate arrangements, ensuring that devotees encounter have seamless darshan of their deity.

Following the consecration ceremony on January 22, the temple doors opened to devotees on January 23, witnessing an influx of worshippers from different corners of the country. It is reported that each day, over 2 lakh devotees visited the temple to have darshan of Shri Ram and offer prayers.

The resonant chant of 'Jai Shri Ram' permeates the air, reverberating from the heart of Ayodhya to the temple precincts throughout the day. Devotees, hailing from diverse states across the nation and even internationally, alongside those from various districts of Uttar Pradesh, continue to arrive in substantial numbers daily.

On Sundays, the footfall surges, with over 2 lakh devotees converging to worship Shri Ram Lalla.
