PM Modi speaks to his Spanish counterpart as part of G20 Presidency

New Delhi/UNI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday spoke to his Spanish counterpart Pedro Sánchez to discuss ways to further strengthen the growing relationship between both countries.

In a tweet, PM Modi said: "India is looking forward to continuing the close cooperation as part of India’s G20 Presidency".

Meanwhile, the Spanish counterpart reiterated Spain's support for India's G20 Presidency.

"I have just had a fruitful conversation with the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi," he tweeted.

"Sánchez said I have reiterated Spain's support for the Indian G20 presidency and we have agreed to continue strengthening the bilateral relations, especially in the areas of economy and trade," he added.
