Hyderabad/UNI: Heavy to very heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana during the next 24 hours and on October 20 and 21, Meteorological Centre said on Sunday.

A weather bulletin issued here said heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema on October 10, 20, 21, 22 and in Telangana on 19 and 22.

Thunderstorms with lightning are likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days.

Light to moderate rain or thunderstorms is likely to occur at most places or many places or few places in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days, the bulletin said.

Very heavy rain occurred at isolated places in Rangareddy, Sangareddy and Nagarkurnool and heavy rain occurred at a few places in Sangareddy and isolated places in Nalgonda and Hyderabad districts of Telangana state during the last 24 hours.

Rain occurred at many places in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and isolated places in Rayalaseema during the same period.
