Pakistan troops violate ceasefire on LoC, India retaliates

Jammu/UNI: Pakistan troops on Sunday yet again violated the ceasefire by resorting to unprovoked firing on the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Defence Spokesperson here said that at about 1900 hours, Pakistan initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms and shelling with mortars along LoC in Balakot sector in Mendhar.

"Indian Army is retaliating befittingly," he added.
