Assembly polls: Delhi Bar Association President Sanjeev Nasiar joins AAP

New Delhi/UNI: Ahead of the Assembly polls, Delhi Bar Association President Sanjeev Nasiar on Wednesday joined the Aam Aadmi Party.

'I welcome Delhi Bar Association President Advocate Sanjeev Nasiar ji and his team to the Aam Aadmi Party family. He has been a strong voice for Delhi's lawyers. Together we will continue AAP's work for the welfare of advocates,' Kejriwal said in a tweet.

Elections to the 70-member Delhi assembly will be held on February 8.

The Assembly poll in the national Capital will take place in a single phase. Counting of votes will be held on February 11.

As many as 1.47 crore electors, including 80.55 lakh male and over 66 lakh female voters, will have choice of exercising their franchise on February 8.
