Mumbai/UNI: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan on Saturday expressed his anguish over the rape and murder of a veterinary doctor in Hyderabad and said let 'beti bachao' not be just a campaign, but this is the time to let these demons know that we all stand together.

In a series of tweets, Salman said,''#JusticeForPriyankaReddy These r the worst kind of shaitans disguised in the human form! The pain, torture n death of innocent women like nirbhaya n Priyanka Reddy should now get us together n put an end to such shaitans who live among us, before any other innocent woman...''

''and their family go through this extreme agony n loss as this has to be stopped. Let beti bachao not be just a campaign. This is the time to let these demons know that v all stand together. May Priyanka’s soul rest in peace #JusticeForPriyankaReddy,'' he added.

A veterinary doctor from Shamshabad in Hyderabad was found dead with her body partially burnt under Chatanpalli bridge in Shadnagar on Thursday morning.

The incident happened on Wednesday night.

She was raped, smothered and then burnt by four men.  

Four people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
