Kashmir: Two cars with same registration number found in Kathua, case registered
Jammu, May 4 (UNI) Two cars with similar registrations were found in Lakhanpur area of Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir.
"Jatinder Sharma of Lakhanpur lodged a complaint that he owns a Verna car having registration number JK08H-0088 but another car of same make with similar registration was also found in the area," police said.
They said that on a complaint, a case was registered and the car was seized while the owner namely Rafiq Mohammad, son of Bashir Ahmed, resident of Brondoi, Lakhanpur has been booked under FIR 29/19 under section 420 of RPC.
"Investigation is in progress," said police.
