Ranchi, July 31 (IBNS): Repeating the horror story which Burari had witnessed, seven members of a family were found dead in Jharkhand's Ranchi city, reports said.

Deepak Kumar Jha allegedly committed suicide with members of his family, reports said.

Police said Deepak and another person of the family were found hanging from the ceiling.

The rest of the family members were found dead on the bed.

The deceased also included Deepak's son and daughter.

Police said no suicide note was found from the scene of the incident.

Police have started investigating into the matter.

"Primarily it seems a case of suicide. Let the investigations get over," Anish Gupta, a senior Ranchi police officer was quoted as saying by NDTV.

Jharkhand has witnessed another mass suicide incident in the past 10 days.

Six family members were found dead in their Hazaribagh residence this month.

Police have not clarified so far whether it was an incident of mass suicide or murder.

Delhi Family Suicide:

These two incidents occurred just weeks after Delhi witnessed the mass suicide of 11 family members in Burari area.
