Srinagar, June 16 (IBNS) A twenty-year-old youth was killed during a clash between the policemen and protesters in South Kashmir’s Anantnag town on Saturday even as the police officials said the death occurred owing to the explosion of a hand grenade.

Clashes between policemen and protesters, including stone pelters, poured in from various regions of Kashmir, including Sopore and Kupwara.

In Pulwama, protesters hit the streets over the killing of a teenager in an alleged firing by the Army.
