Goa CM returns to state after being released from Mumbai hospital

Mumbai, Feb 22 (IBNS): Manohar Parrikar, Chief Minister of Goa, returned to his home state on Thursday after being released from a Mumbai hospital the same day, according to media reports.

Parrikar was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai for treatment for a pancreatic condition.

He was under treatment for pancreatitis since February 15.

The Goa government will table its 2018 budget on Thursday. It is likely that the CM will present the budget, media reports said.
