President of India Kovind to grace the 22nd convocation of NIMHANS, Bengaluru, tomorrow

New Delhi, Dec 29 (IBNS): President of India Ram Nath Kovind will leave for Karnataka on Friday to grace the 22nd convocation of NIMHANS, Bengaluru on Saturday.

"On the same day (December 30, 2017), the President will inaugurate the Seva Utsav 2018, organised by Adamya Chetana, as well as centenary celebrations of the National High School and the Dr HH Narasimhaiah birth anniversary celebrations in Bengaluru," read a statement issued by the government.

Later in the day, he will visit Bidadi (Ramanagara district) to open the new campus of the Amruta Institute of Engineering and Management Science and inaugurate the 111th year celebrations of the Basaveshwar Veerashaiva Vidyavardhaka Sangha, before returning to Delhi.
