Chennai, Sep 14 (IBNS) : The Madras High Court on Thursday ordered that no floor test should be done in the Tamil Nadu Assembly till September.20, reports said.

The court order comes in response to a plea filed by the TTV Dhinakaran faction within the ruling AIADMK that wanted a floor test to prove majority of the E Palaniswamy Goernment.

On Tuesday, the united groups of Palaniswami and O Paneerselvam took control of the organisation  by removing the party's official chief V Sasikala from all posts and declaring as "null and void" all decisions taken by her nephew Dinakaran, the number two person.

In a retaliatory move, Dinakaran announced that his faction has no support to the Government and it falls short of the required majority.

Dinakran  dared to ask the EPS-OPS camps to call an election to prove the majority. "Lets go back to the public and face an election and then we will know who is the real AIADMK," he said.
