PM condoles loss of lives in the Uttarkashi bus accident, announces ex-gratia

New Delhi, May 24 (IBNS) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has expressed pain over the loss of lives in the bus accident at Uttarkashi in Uttarakhand.

“My prayers and solidarity with those who lost their loved ones in the unfortunate bus accident in Uttarkashi. May the injured recover soon.”, the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister has announced an ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakhs from PMNRF for the next of kin of those killed and Rs. 50,000 for those seriously injured in the bus accident.
