Sushma Swaraj urges stranded Indians to register on MADAD portal

New Delhi, Jan 21 (IBNS): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has urged stranded Indians to register on government's MADAD portal for help.

In a four-part tweet, she said, "1. Please register your grievance on http://www.madad.gov.in  2.Then tweet your problem to concerned Indian Embassy/authority giving your Madad ID registration number and endorse the same to me. 3. Your MADAD ID will give us all details. We are here to help you."

"In case you are stranded abroad, pl register on http://www.madad.gov.in  and give MADAD ID no.and details of agent to @ProtectorGenGOI," her tweet read.

"We can help you only when we have all the details. That is the why registration on MADAD and your Madad ID number is essential," she added.
