President pays floral tributes to R. Venkataraman on his birth anniversary
New Delhi, Dec 4 (IBNS): President Pranab Mukherjee paid floral tributes to R. Venkataraman, former President of India on the occasion of his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan here on Sunday.
The President, family members of Venkataraman, officers and staff paid floral tributes in front of a portrait of R. Venkataraman in Rashtrapati Bhavan.
