High alert in Indian Navy base in Mumbai
Mumbai, Sept 22 (IBNS) The Indian Navy has been put on highest possible alert in Mumbai following reports of unidentified armed men being spotted near an ammunition dump, reports said.
The alert was sounded after two school children reported about a group of men, attired in black and carrying arms, suspiciously roaming somewhere near the depot in Uran, opposition MumbI harbour.
Reports said the anti-terrorism squad of Mumbai police has been pressed into service to investigate into the report.
Searches are continuing.
