Guwahati, Aug 22 (IBNS): In a ISIS style hit, terror outfit United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) has released a video showing a young man kneeling, asking for help, surrounded by five masked men holding guns.

The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Kuldeep Moran, whose father is a BJP leader and uncle a BJP legislator in Assam.

The ULFA has demanded a ransom of Rs. 1 crore for Kuldeep's release.

Kuldeep was reportedly kidnapped from Arunachal Pradesh's Changlang district on Aug 1.

Four days ago, media houses received the email from ULFA demanding ransom.
