DA case: Trial to resume against Jayalalithaa
New Delhi, June 17 (IBNS) The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that an alleged disproportionate assets case involving Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa can resume in a trial court.
The case of disproportionate wealth allegedly accumulated by Jayalalithaa dates back from 1991 to 1996 when she was the chief minister.
