Two journalists killed in Bihar and Jharkhand: Kolkata scribes hold condolence march

Kolkata, May 14 (IBNS): Expressing condolences on the killing of two journalists in Bihar and neibouring Jharkhand in last 24 hours and demanding strictest step against their killers, a section of Kolkata-based media workers, including journalists, photojournalists and videographers, on Saturday held a march in city's downtown Esplanade area.

Jharkhand-based TV news reporter Akash Pratap Singh and another scribe in Bihar, Hindi daily Hindustan's bureau chief Rajdev Ranjan were shot dead at different places on Thursday night and Friday evening respectively.

Three suspects have been arrested so far in connection with Rajdev Ranjan murder case.
