Kolkata: Burrabazar hotel fire brought under control

Kolkata, Mar 24 (IBNS): The fire, which broke out in a hotel at Burrabazar Raja Katra area in Kolkata on Thursday morning, was brought under control, reports said.

According to reports, the fire was first seen at around 8:30 am. on the first floor of a four-storey hotel.

As many as eight fire  engines rushed to the spot and the blaze was brought under control nearly after one-and-a-half hour.

However, no casualty was reported in the incident. The Fire department has started investigation to know the exact reason behind the fire.
