New Delhi: Netaji Bhavan inaugurated
While addressing the meeting before the inauguration, Ashok Ghosh declared that the Netaji Bhavan will be a centre for all Netaji followers for their mission to carry forward to propagate the ideals of Netaji.
Debabrata Biswas, General Secretary of All India Forward Bloc welcomed the leaders of different political parties and explained about the necessity of having a Netaji Bhavan at New Delhi and urged upon the central government to declare the birthday of Netaji as ‘Desh Prem Divas.
He also said that the slogan of Netaji that ‘Unity, Faith and Sacrifice’ is more relevant today when our nation is facing serious issue of growing intolerance.
He also opined that Netaji was the pioneer of left consolidation in India and more left unity is the need of the hour.
Sitaram Yetchury, General Secretary of CPI (M), while addressing the gathering congratulated the leaders of All India Forward Bloc for establishing own headquarters at the national capital.
He further said that the nation deserves to know the political contribution of Netaji.
He recalled that the enthusiasm created by the INA trial at Red Fort and opined that it was a turning point in our liberation movement.
D. Raja, National Secretary of CPI also congratulated the AIFB leaders and opined that the establishment of Netaji Bhavan is a new chapter in the left movement, which can ignite the socialist struggle further.
He also urged the audience to raise the slogan ‘Jai Hind’ for inculcating patriotism among the youngsters.
Prakash Karat, Polit Bureau member of CPI (M), Abani Roy, Secretary RSP, Pran Sharma, Secretary SUCI (C), Prabhat Kumar, leader of CPI (ML) also addressed the gathering.
