Toll in Bengal hooch tragedy reaches to ten

Midnapore (W.Bengal), Sep 28 (IBNS) The toll in the Bengal hooch tragedy rose to ten on with the the death of two more persons on Monday.

Reports said about 30 people are still battling for live in hospital.

The tragedy struck as a group of people of two villages in East Midnapore district fell sick after they consumed spurious liquor.

The parade of deaths started on Sunday at  Narikeldaha and Kiyarana bilages of Tamluk sub-division.

Police police have started investigation into the case and two persons have been arrested so far.
