Kolkata: SNU to start admissions for U.G and P.G courses

Kolkata,May 26 (IBNS): Shiv Nadar University, a higher education institution in Uttar Pradesh, has announced admission for Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses for 2015-16 academic year on Monday, in Kolkata.

The University offers 14 Undergraduate, 12 Postgraduate and 13 doctoral courses.

SNU announced the launch of two new postgraduate programs.

They are Master of Fine Arts in Film & Television Production and a Post Graduate Diploma in Theatre For Education and Social Transformation.

According to their records, 96% of the students got placements in different companies last year from this University.

Rupamanjari Ghosh, Director, School of Natural Sciences and Dean of Research and Graduate Studies, Shiv Nadar University said," It's a research led University. It's a residential campus."

She added,"The faculties are very strong in this University. The University is doing well for the students because of its faculty with the help of administration."

The last date of receiving application forms for undergraduate programs is 2nd June 2015 and for postgraduate doctoral programs is 30th May 2015.
