Rituparna Sengupta unveils NOQNOQ with daughter Rishona
Kolkata, Feb 26 (IBNS): Tollywood heavyweight Rituparna Sengupta, along with her daughter Rishona Niya, launched NOQNOQ, a children's fashion wear brand at the South City mall outlet of Starmark on Thursday.
Speaking at the launch, Rituparna Sengupta told IBNS “More than me, it is my daughter who is so excited to be here, continuously she is selecting dresses one after another. After she finishes, I will be looking for some of my choices and then we will finally buy them.”
NOQNOQ is a Starmark creation of fashion wears from the Emami Group which targets children between the age of three and twelve years.
The brand brings in a basic design concept for the entire range of the children’s fashion line. Styled by in-house designers, NOQNOQ introduces a range of casual, leisure, sports and formal wears for both girls and boys. The price starts from Rs.469/-.
Speaking on the occasion, Gautam Jatia, CEO, Starmark, said: “Our store is a favourite haunt for kids, and we wanted to expand our offering to them. Hence was born this idea of an affordable yet stylish range of kid’s garments-NOQNOQ."
"Inspired by international designs, these clothes have been manufactured using best quality fabrics and eco-friendly dyes to give comfort to the tender skin of children. We are confident that our NOQNOQ range will gain its popularity amongst children and their parents,” he said.
The brand claims to be using healthy fabrics, which allow the skin to breathe, and are free from allergic reactions.
The garments have been crafted using oxford cottons, 100% cotton poplins, basic knits, jersey, cambric’s and schiffli. The colour dyes used in the clothes are well processed and skin- friendly and also ensures that the colours last for longer duration, the officials said.
NOQNOQ will be available at all the Starmark outlets in Kolkata and Starmark, Express Avenue Mall in Chennai and also at a few selected online sites and boutique outlets.
