India registers 1,45,384  new COVID-19 cases, 794 deaths

New Delhi: India registered 1,45,384  new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, marking yet another massive surge in cases, as per Ministry of Health released data on Saturday.

During the same period,  794 people died due to the virus.

The death toll due to the disease now stands at 1,68,436.

There are 10,46,631 active cases in the country at present.
