India COVID-19 India adds 8,822 fresh COVID-19 cases to its tally
New Delhi: India recorded another major spike in daily count as 8,822 fresh COVID-19 cases were recorded in the past 24 hours, taking the daily count to 2 percent, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Wednesday.
During the same period, 15 people died due to the viral infection.
India's Active caseload currently stands at 53,637.
Active cases stand at 0.12 percent.
Recovery Rate currently at 98.66 percent.
5,718 people recovered from the disease in the past 24 hours.
