North Korea jitters push Indian market lower on Wednesday
Mumbai, Sep 6 (IBNS): The Indian market ended lower on Wednesday largely owing to the North Korean crisis, according to media reports.
BSE Sensex was down 147.58 points at 31,661.97 and NSE NIfty was down 36 points at 9,916.20.
Top gainers on Wednesday included Kotak Mahindra, Reliance, Hindalco, UltraTech Cement, GAIL, Yes Bank, Coal India, Maruti Suzuki and NTPC while Sun Pharma, ITC, Idea Cellular, Bosch, Tata Motors (D), Lupin and Axis Bank declined.
