Indian Rupee Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Tuesday dropped 29 paise to close at 74.55 against the Dollar on rising demand for US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit that slid by 27 paise at 74.53 in opening trade and finished at 74.55, tumbling updated by 29 paise as compared to its last close.
The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 74.49 and 74.60 respectively against the US Dollar, dealer added.
