Repo rate remains unchanged at 4 percent: RBI Guv Shaktikanta Das

New Delhi: Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das has said the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) decided to keep the repo rate unchanged at 4 percent

The MPC also decided to keep the reverse repo rate unchanged at 3.35 per cent.

Das said: "The MPC has voted unanimously to leave policy repo rates unchanged at 4 percent."

The announcement has been made just days after the Indian government presented its Union Budget.
