The ATM Van will cover major areas like residential complexes and societies occupied by hundreds of families.

The ATM Van will also cover urban and semi-urban areas in Kolkata, Asansol and Durgapur.

The Bank will adhere to all safety procedures to ensure hygiene and protection of the customers.

Any person using the ATM will be given hand sanitizer before and after use of the machine.

The mobile ATM Van will be manned by a security guard who will ensure that all customers follow social distancing norms while in the queue.

The mobile van will be operational daily from 10 am to 8 pm.

The Bank has already deployed Mobile ATM vans in other geographies such as Mumbai, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar etc., and is planning to deploy few more mobile vans across the country to enable customers withdraw cash from their doorstep.
