Union Health Minister urges people's involventment to end malaria

New Delhi, Apr 25 (IBNS): On the occasion of World Malaria Day, Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda urged the people to get involved in government reforms in order to eradicate the disease.

Nadda took to Twitter to deliver his message.

"#Worldmalariaday is to highlight the global efforts to control malaria. Your involvement & our commitment are essential to end malaria," his tweet read.

Following Nadda's cue, the Health Ministry shared a picture and tweeted, "Here are easy-to-follow methods to #DefeatMalaria infection. #WorldMalariaDay #SwasthaBharat."

Over 400-1000 people die annually in India due to Malaria.
