| | Aug 26, 2014, at 06:16 am
Islamabad, Aug 25 (IBNS) Amid ongoing protests,Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Allama Tahirul Qadri has given 48 hours deadline to the Pakistani government to wrap up assemblies, media reports said on Monday.

He told his supporters that if the government does not perform the move within the given deadline then

there would be ‘Damadam Mast Qalandar’.

He, however, did not elaborate the meaning of the expression.

"Tahirul Qadri said he is telling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan that investigation into the poll rigging allegations has now become unnecessary. Because, the member of Election Commission has spilled the beans, saying the entire ballot exercise was a fraud, he added," Geo News reported.
