Quetta:  The Balochistan Assembly on Thursday condemned the  kidnapping of a Frontier Corps soldier by Pakistani armed men in Harnai area, media reports said on Saturday.

The house also expressed deep grief and sorrow over the tragic incident of a army’s helicopter crash in Harnai and expressed condolence with the families, reports Dawn News.

“The entire nation salutes them [martyred soldiers] for sacrificing their lives,” the legislators said in a joint resolution adopted by the house as quoted by the newspaper.

“We pay tributes to brave army and FC personnel for active role in the development and prosperity of the people and timely helping the flood victims," the legislators said.

The resolution was moved by Minister for Communication and Works Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran on behalf of Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, provincial ministers Mohammad Khan Lehri and Zia Langove and Parliamentary Secretary Khalil Garage Bhutto,  the newspaper reported.
