Nepalese youth protests against Chinese interference in domestic politics

Kathmandu/IBNS: The Nepalese youth has launched a protest against China for its interference in the internal political matters of Kathmandu.

Members of Nepal’s independent youth network organised a protest program by holding a torch rally  in Kathmandu on Tuesday against the Chinese interference in Nepal's internal political matters. 

Protesters marched from the President's house to Chinese Embassy.

Earlier today, eight protesters were arrested by Nepal Police in front of Chinese Consular Office as they held a rally as part of group of 40 people.

Similarly 17 protesters were arrested in Pokhara on Tuesday evening for organising the rally against Chinese interference in Nepal's internal affairs.
