Nepal: Kathmandu road mishap injures 1

Kathmandu, Mar 19 (IBNS): At least one person was injured in a road mishap in Kathmandu city of Nepal on Monday, media reports said.

The injured person was identified as Ganesh Prasad Adhikari.

According to police, the incident occurred when the car (Ba 9 Cha 2644) collided with stationary trucks (Na 2 Kha 9568) and (Na 3 Kha 9995) at 3:00 am todayThe Himalayan Times reported.

He was taken to Sinamangal-based Kathmandu Medical College for treatment.

The driver of the car has been detained.

The driver has been identified as Raj Kumar Humagai.

He was reportedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
