Afghanistan TV presenter killed in suicide attempt
Kabul: An Afghanistan news presenter was killed in a suicide attempt on Friday, media reports said.
He was identified as Ariana News presenter Fardin Amini.
Ferdaws Faramarz, a spokesperson to the Kabul police, told Khaama Press Fardin Amini stopped his car in a hillside, ran toward the mountain, found a sharp stone and hit his neck.
A video footage widely shared over the social media on Friday shows Fardin in blood and injured in a hillside, reported the news agency.
