Afghanistan: Pakistan terror outfit chief Mangal Bagh killed in IED explosion

Kabul: Pakistan's terror outfit Lashkar-e-Islam chief Mangal Bagh has been killed in an IED explosion in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province, media reports said on Saturday.

Zia-ul-Haq Amarkhel, Nangarhar Governor tweeted, that Mangal was killed in a bomb blast along with his two affiliated members, reports Khaama Press.

The Governor said he was killed in Bandar Dara area of Achin district.

According to Nangarhar Governor, Bagh was involved in various “terrorist activities”, his group was reported to have been part of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan founded in the Khyber district of Pakistan, reports Khaama Press.
