| @indiablooms | Aug 18, 2026, at 06:09 pm

Qatar Airways Holidays is set to elevate the Qatar stopover experience with the launch of exclusive Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2026 packages.

For the first time, three-day Formula 1 race tickets will be integrated into Qatar Stopover packages along with flights and hotel accommodation, allowing passengers transiting through Hamad International Airport to turn their journey into an unforgettable Grand Prix getaway.

The new offering complements Qatar Airways Holidays' existing Formula 1 fan packages, giving travellers another opportunity to experience the excitement of the race at Lusail International Circuit while exploring Qatar's vibrant entertainment, cultural attractions and world-class hospitality.

As part of the enhanced Qatar stopover experience, travellers will receive a three-day T16 Grandstand ticket for the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2026. The grandstand offers spectacular views of the final sector of the Lusail International Circuit and one of the most exciting sections of the race.

Qatar Airways Holidays will continue to offer its popular Formula 1 packages featuring flights, accommodation and race tickets. The new Stopover packages provide an additional option for travellers across the Qatar Airways network to experience the Grand Prix as part of their journey, whether they are travelling to Doha for business or leisure.

Travellers can choose from a range of Qatar Stopover package categories, including Standard, Premium, Luxury and Premium Beach, while enjoying the benefits of Qatar's stopover programme.

The packages include flexible 24-hour hotel check-in and check-out, and can be further customised with additional experiences such as city tours, beach club access and other destination experiences across Qatar.

How to book the Formula 1 stopover package

To book the new Stopover packages, customers must ensure that their search dates fall between November 27 and 29, 2026. After selecting their preferred flights and hotel, the three-day Formula 1 race ticket will be included in the package.

As the Global Partner and Official Airline of Formula 1, Qatar Airways remains committed to bringing fans closer to the sport through seamless travel experiences and exclusive access to major racing events around the world.

The new offering builds on the success of Qatar Airways Holidays' Formula 1 travel products while making the experience accessible to an even wider audience of international travellers.

Travellers booking the packages will be able to experience Doha's blend of culture, gastronomy, luxury hospitality and entertainment while attending the race weekend at the state-of-the-art Lusail International Circuit.

Privilege Club members can also earn Avios and Qpoints on eligible bookings and use Cash + Avios to book packages, making their Formula 1 journey even more rewarding.
