New York, Nov 10 (Just Earth News): Rise in the price indices of staple grains, sugar and dairy have pushed global food price index up by 0.7 per cent in October 2016 to 172.6 points (9.1 per cent from a year earlier), the United Nations food and agricultural agency said on Thursday.
