JEE Main entrance exam begins today amid strict COVID-19 precautions

New Delhi:  The Joint Entrance Examination-Main or JEE for admission to IITS started from Tuesday despite opposition by several non-BJP ruled states amid rising number of COVID-19 cases in the country.

IITs, Delhi university among top 200 universities: ASSOCHAM-Yes Institute study

New Delhi, Apr 2 (IBNS): A meagre two Indian institutions (the IITs and University of Delhi) figured in the world’s top 200 universities compared to 49 from the USA, 30 from United Kingdom, 11 from Germany and 8 from China & Australia, a joint study by industry body ASSOCHAM-Yes Institute said on Monday.
